THE ROLE

The Maintenance and Carpentry Supervisor role is for an experienced & ambitious leader in the trades. With multitrade knowledge and the utmost attention to detail, you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects.

How You'll Do It

1. Planning, overseeing, and executing construction, renovations, and maintenance of projects
2. Coordinating and executing maintenance of facilities and grounds
3. Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely
4. Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations
5. Maintaining accurate records of inspections and compliance reports
6. Training & supervising general laborers throughout constructions

ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have :

• Experience in a variety of trades including general maintenance, general labour, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
• Attention to detail
• Trustworthy, reliable & adaptable
• Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English; ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is an asset
• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
