In Italy, we operate with over 700 employees across five production sites under local brands such as FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, serving the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors.

We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern regions, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Italy.

The role involves designing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base in the assigned areas. The candidate will also build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Visiting clients to promote our products technically
  • Managing sales across various brands and promoting our brand values
  • Achieving sales targets, including price increases and managing overdue accounts
  • Analyzing competitors' operations
  • Developing specification actions for the market
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with targeted customers and stakeholders
  • Taking customer orders
  • Supporting and guiding sales teams and agents
  • Adhering to safe driving practices
  • Collaborating with the Technical Office to develop tailored offers for clients

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience in sales and client management, with knowledge of the area and customer base
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel within central and southern Italy
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused attitude characterized by availability, courtesy, and competence
