The Role
Join our fintech company as a backend developer, contributing to core systems that power our platform. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend solutions, ensuring quality, security, and compliance. Collaborate in an agile environment to evolve our platform for a growing user base and financial operations. We seek someone experienced in writing clean, efficient code, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Write, test, and maintain code for high-performance and scalable systems.
- Improve system performance for high concurrency.
- Implement security measures to protect data and meet standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to define requirements.
- Resolve technical issues promptly.
- Integrate payment systems and external platforms.
- Participate in all stages of agile development.
- Suggest improvements to processes and methodologies.
- Maintain technical documentation.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related with solid experience
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with AWS
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security
- Knowledge of RESTful API and microservices architecture
- Understanding of security principles
- Experience with high-performance, secure applications
- Agile experience, CI/CD, Git, automated testing
- Handling large volumes of transactions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Teamwork and adaptability
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Nice-to-have skills
