We are seeking an experienced SITE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to lead the development of a prefabricated base camp / model farm project from conception to completion.
About the Role :
Lead the project team to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Supervise engineering activities, including design, construction, and technical documentation.
Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Coordination :
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Engineering and Technical Management :
Oversee engineering activities, including design, procurement, and installation.
Review and approve technical documentation, including designs, specifications, and reports.
Project Execution and Control :
Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Quality Assurance and Compliance :
Ensure adherence to quality standards, including ISO 9001.
Verify compliance with regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, project management).
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
