Site Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced SITE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to lead the development of a prefabricated base camp / model farm project from conception to completion.

About the Role :

• Lead the project team to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise engineering activities, including design, construction, and technical documentation.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Coordination :
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Engineering and Technical Management :
• Oversee engineering activities, including design, procurement, and installation.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including designs, specifications, and reports.
• Project Execution and Control :
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance :
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, including ISO 9001.
• Verify compliance with regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, project management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
