About the role
- Conduct regular auditing field activities;
- Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
- Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements;
- Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
- Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other recognized registration to qualify as Lead Auditor;
- Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timeframes;
- Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
- Contribute to a positive work environment and act as a team player;
- Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and client stakeholders;
- Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data communication.
The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management such as:
- Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.
About you
Position Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to build strong customer relationships;
- Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditor team;
- Proven attitude towards auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and client relations;
- Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English;
- Proficiency in basic software programs and IT tools;
- Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
