About the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product & Operations Lead to shape the future of our products and ensure smooth operational execution. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from strategic conception to market delivery.

Your daily activities will include :

• Driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of existing and new products, including potential mobile applications and solutions for specific use cases.
• Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Overseeing operational aspects of product development and delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and challenges.
• Monitoring product performance and key metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
• Communicating product vision, plans, and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in a product-related role with increasing responsibility, demonstrating a strong blend of product thinking and operational acumen.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and various methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
