For our international client, a leader in the logistics industry, we are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
The HRBP will be responsible for managing HR operations at several warehouses located in Lombardia.
Responsibilities include:
Daily management of HR operations, serving as the interface with the business;
Managing employee relations and industrial relations topics;
Collaborating closely with the business to support organizational changes, mitigate people-related risks, and optimize costs;
Partnering with Learning & Development on leadership empowerment initiatives;
Facilitating the implementation of special projects tailored to specific business needs, supporting line managers;
Delivering HR plans, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Plant or HR Business Partner in a multinational or complex environment, preferably within manufacturing industries;
Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics;
Strong experience in industrial relations;
Skills in negotiation, project leadership, and team management.
