Human Resources - Senior HR Business Partner Job

For our international client, a leader in the logistics industry, we are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP).

The HRBP will be responsible for managing HR operations at several warehouses located in Lombardia.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily management of HR operations, serving as the interface with the business;
• Managing employee relations and industrial relations topics;
• Collaborating closely with the business to support organizational changes, mitigate people-related risks, and optimize costs;
• Partnering with Learning & Development on leadership empowerment initiatives;
• Facilitating the implementation of special projects tailored to specific business needs, supporting line managers;
• Delivering HR plans, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Plant or HR Business Partner in a multinational or complex environment, preferably within manufacturing industries;
• Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics;
• Strong experience in industrial relations;
• Skills in negotiation, project leadership, and team management.
