Relocation from Italy or traveling three times a week is encouraged (travel expenses covered). The client’s office is near the airport in Molfetta, and a company car may be available for commute.

Italian language proficiency is required.

As the VP of Product Italy, you will:

• Provide product vision based on insights into users and markets.
• Collaborate with teams building SaaS solutions supported by your expertise.
• Play a key role in fostering a culture of rapid delivery and innovation.
• Build reliable, scalable cloud systems in close cooperation with engineering teams.
• Define the Italian Poly-Ambulatory platform vision.
• Manage the Italian Product and UX teams.
• Align strategy with senior management and segment managing directors.
• Develop and oversee the roadmap for all Italian AIS products.
• Work with UX designers and developers to design and launch new core features.
• Actively seek customer feedback to enhance the platform and planning.
• Create and implement business plans for sustainable growth.
• Support sales during presales for large projects.
