(Senior) Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/x)

Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end

Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security

Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability

Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflows

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives

Assume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platform

Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from conception to deployment and beyond

What we would expect from you...

Proficiency in frontend technologies, such as VueJs, SolidJs, ReactJS, or AngularJs

Proficiency in Server-Side Frameworks: Node.js with Express

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)

Ability to design scalable, distributed systems with high availability

Demonstrated openness to embrace and adapt to new technology trends

Experience working collaboratively in agile teams.

Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams

Strong desire to tackle complex technical questions

Possess a DevOps mentality with a sense of ownership in building and running applications

Excellent communication skills in English
