Job Description

As a Domain Consultant for Network Security Transformation, you will provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security and zero trust journey. You will be key in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives. You will evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services, establishing Palo Alto Networks as a trusted cybersecurity partner.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your specialization.
• Present to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership, as our industry expert.
• Lead and support customer demonstrations showcasing our value proposition.
• Manage technical validation projects for prospective customers and partners to ensure technical wins.
• Architect solutions to help customers strengthen and simplify their security posture.
• Document high-level designs and key use cases for proper implementation and value realization.
• Discuss industry trends and emerging security landscape changes.
• Align products with customer requirements and highlight differentiators.
• Serve as the main technical contact for Network Security, responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• Position Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services to ensure proper implementation and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, MicroSegSaaS Security, or SSE/SASE.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of on-premise and cloud-delivered network security technologies.
• Proficient in Italian and English.
