For our Johnson & Johnson Medical Spa at Pratica di Mare, we are searching for an intern in the VISION CARE MARKETING Division (brand ACUVUE)

  • The intern will be trained and support the following activities:
  • Support the manager in the development and management of Point of Sales (PoS) materials.
  • Assist in adapting materials from Global / Franchise for local use and in the Copy Clearance process.
  • Support the management and implementation of POAs (Plan of Actions).
  • Assist with submissions to the MoH (Ministry of Health) of advertising materials, collaborating with the Regulatory and Professional team.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, especially creative agencies and printers.
  • Help develop presentations and tools for the sales team.
  • Assist in analyzing and evaluating the sell-out performance of the ACUVUE brand.
  • Support analysis of promotional activities' performance (e.g., cashback programs).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing and Economics.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Proactive with a sense of urgency.
  • Structured, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Result-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analysis and synthesis skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex situations.
  • Interest and basic knowledge of digital communication and tools.

Tools and Training

  • Planned training sessions.
  • Support from a tutor and onboarding with other departments for initial orientation.
