ABB Motion Service Division serves customers worldwide by maximizing uptime, extending product life cycle and enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of their electrical motion solutions. The Division is leading the way in digitalization by securely connecting motors and drives, increasing operational uptime and improving efficiency. The services offered make the difference for our customers and partners every day by helping keep their operations running profitably, safely and reliably.

Location

This role is open globally, but location is set in Poland (Warszawa), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Romania (Bucharest), Sweden (Vasteras), Finland (Helsinki). The work model is hybrid .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and maintain pricing dashboards to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making at global and local levels, ensuring effective deployment and adoption by country teams.
• Analyze sales, pricing data, market trends, and competition to identify pricing opportunities and risks, monitor pricing targets, and collaborate with countries to propose actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to the design and refinement of the pricing transformation program, leading country initiatives by assessing pricing maturity and identifying areas for improvement.
• Act as a change agent to integrate pricing strategies into business operations, collaborating with teams to ensure alignment, encourage buy-in, and promote adoption, while providing training and ongoing support.
• Develop and grow a forum for sharing pricing best practices, encouraging collaboration, and continuous improvement in pricing.
• Contribute to pricing improvement initiatives with innovative ideas and solutions to enhance analytics and country deployment plans, sharing insights across business areas.
• Continuously monitor the realization of pricing targets and collaborate with countries to analyze results.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve pricing based on data analysis and market trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing role or similar, with exposure to developing and deploying pricing reports.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable insights, and leveraging reporting tools (min. knowledge of Power BI, Excel).
• Understanding of pricing strategies, models and concepts.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives (project management certification would be a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to decision-making at all organizational levels, inspire teams, and deliver results in matrix environments.
• Highly organized with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
