Who We Are Looking For

For our Robe di Kappa store in Milan, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining the store's appearance to encourage sales through order, cleanliness, and product range completeness. You should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers during sales
• Managing and maintaining merchandise on display
• Replenishing stock to ensure product availability
• Maintaining store order and cleanliness
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines
• Handling cashier operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in the fashion industry
• Knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexible schedules
• Immediately available

Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time or part-time.
