About the role
- Regular auditing field activities;
- Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
- Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions / Quality System and / or formal agreements with clients;
- Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time;
- Maintain / acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other recognized registration to qualify as Lead Auditor within DNV;
- Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timescales and economic frameworks;
- Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
- Maintain high morale and contribute to a positive work environment;
- Work effectively as part of a team, guiding professional development and completing reviews and goals timely;
- Communicate effectively with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders;
- Ensure proper use of auditing tools and communication of data for certification processes.
The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:
- Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.
About you
Position Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to build strong customer relationships;
- Experience in coordinating and managing an audit team;
- Proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining client relations;
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English;
- Proficiency with basic software and IT tools;
- Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
