Position Overview

Next Spa, an employment agency in Brescia, is seeking a Check-in Agent for airport services at Treviso Airport, especially for the summer season.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing passenger information
• Passenger check-in and document verification
• Handling check-in processes for passengers and baggage according to regulations (Quality, Privacy, Security, Safety, DGR)
• Ensuring smooth transit operations for connecting passengers
• Managing lost and found baggage activities
• Conducting airport activities according to quality standards and contractual agreements, and reporting documentation

Requirements

• Good command of English (Level B2)
• Teamwork, emergency handling, procedure adherence, problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with IT systems and applications
• Customer-oriented attitude

Contract Details

Direct employment with the client company, 6th level CCNL Trasporto Aereo.

Part-time, 24 hours/week, 4 hours daily over 6 days, including nights and holidays.
