The Role
Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in Italy to achieve and exceed acquisition goals, scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive success, optimize AE-booked meetings, and ensure growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
