Marketing Communications Specialist

Fulltime : Treviso, Italy

The Marketing department in Treviso site is looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist, with the primary role of content creation at corporate level and secondary role to support tradeshow and event in the EU. You will be part of an international team within the corporate function Branding and Communication, being responsible for the following activities :

Primary Role : Content Creation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content aligned with the company’s strategy, business goals and Marketing communication.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, newsletters, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce product related content, application case studies, and target-group oriented messaging for several communication assets (Catalogues, Brochures, Articles, Presentations, Videos, etc).
• Ensure timely delivery of content within the Editorial calendar & Communication Campaign plan
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Secondary Role : Coordination-support for European Tradeshows and Events
• Support planning and coordinating tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, with local representatives
• Coordinate identifying of the necessary event marketing messaging and materials
• Support managing event logistics, including booth setup, supported by local representatives.
• Ensure brand consistency and high standards of presentation at all events, assisted

Approximately 5 years of experience in content creation and event coordination, preferably in the B2B lighting industry.

• Bachelor's degree (or specialist / master's degree) in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken (preferred mother tongue)
• Proficiency in content generation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
