Job Opportunity: OT Security Specialist

Join our leading international consulting firm, renowned for its strong presence in the Italian market. Our Cybersecurity team specializes in complex projects, supporting enterprise clients in managing risks associated with cybersecurity, particularly in Operational Technology (OT), where we are expanding our expertise and delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct OT Security Assessments for clients in industrial, utility, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
2. Analyze OT/ICS network architectures and related assets (SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, RTU).
3. Identify vulnerabilities and evaluate OT security posture.
4. Ensure compliance with international standards and frameworks (NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS).
5. Prepare technical deliverables, remediation plans, and management presentations.
6. Support the definition and implementation of hardening strategies, network segmentation, and access controls.
7. Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams and client technical contacts.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience in OT Security, preferably in consulting or complex environments.
2. Strong knowledge of OT technologies (SCADA, PLC, HMI, industrial networks, protocols).
3. Experience in security assessment, risk analysis, and OT asset mapping.
4. Familiarity with industrial security standards and frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27019, MITRE ICS).
5. Consulting mindset, synthesis skills, and results-oriented approach.
6. Good command of the English language.
7. Preferred certifications: GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM.
