Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our Digital Technology team within a Digital Transformation context. The architect will design and oversee scalable, secure Salesforce solutions supporting business transformation and customer engagement, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, data modeling, and platform governance to lead solution design and drive CRM and sales/service roadmaps.

Key Accountabilities

1. Design and Architecture: Create scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and strategy.
2. Technical Leadership: Guide the Salesforce development team, providing innovative solutions and ensuring project deadlines are met.
3. Integration Management: Manage Salesforce integration with other enterprise systems, ensuring secure, real-time data flow.
4. Solution Delivery: Oversee Salesforce implementation, collaborating across teams to ensure success within timelines and budgets.
5. Customization and Configuration: Configure Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements and customize when needed.
6. Platform Optimization: Enhance platform performance and reliability through best practices, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective technical solutions.
8. Governance and Security: Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance policies, following Salesforce best practices.
9. Training and Mentorship: Provide ongoing training and support to promote Salesforce adoption within the organization.
10. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce features and suggest improvements.
11. Deep Salesforce Expertise: 10+ years in Salesforce products, including declarative and programmatic capabilities.
12. Architecture and Solution Design: Design secure, scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
13. Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
14. Governance and Best Practices: Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps tools, and coding standards.
15. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
16. Leadership and Mentoring: Guide development teams and promote Salesforce standards.
17. Certifications: Salesforce certifications like Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
18. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of complex systems.
19. Agility and Adaptability: Experience working in Agile environments and adapting to changing priorities.
20. Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or similar.
21. Languages: Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
22. Location: Naples or Milan (hybrid model), with availability to travel, and right to work in Italy.
