You will follow the entire selection process for over 140 SMEs and multinational clients.

• You will manage complex headhunting projects and strengthen relationships with client companies as a Business Advisor for both companies and candidates.
• You will contribute to internal innovation to make Sales Line more agile in the current digital transformation context.

Required Qualifications :

• Good knowledge of English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in humanities
• 1 to 6 years of experience, preferably in consulting roles

This is a competency-based selection process conducted through a 3-phase assessment :

• CV analysis
• EQ test with our assessor
• Motivation test and motivational interview

Work Location :

90% remote work - Milan office 2 times a month.
