Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Sales Associate assumes the responsibility to personally represent it in front of our customers and is concurrently responsible for presenting the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique. The quality that we would like to offer resides, first of all, in the daily attention to personal appearance within the store, with a style that meets the standards of casual elegance of signature luxury of the brand.

Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and being attentive to both customers and colleagues: group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all of the necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence. The elements needed to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics, and philosophy are provided each season, to allow the Sales Associate to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, trying on and selecting items.

It is necessary to adhere to a sales service that renders our store experience unique and demonstrates the special attention that accompanies our business from the creation of the collection to the final presentation. Managing the working environment includes appearance in the boutique, relationships with customers, conducting sales transactions, and looking after visual displays within the store as well as window displays, for daily placements and periodical dressings and amendments.

Moreover, managing includes organized administration of the warehouse and inventory, ensuring that supply and availability respond to an orderly and clear criterion, in support of communication with customers and the company.

Profile

For the role of Sales Associate, we seek a candidate who combines professional expertise and enthusiasm with courteous and helpful communication skills. The candidate should illustrate the signature quality of the workmanship and materials to guide clients through the brand's style and seasonal proposals while maintaining the discretion of the company philosophy.

Applicants should be fluent in English and Russian and have prior experience in retail. It is essential that applicants demonstrate willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from around the world and are passionate about fashion standards and trends.
