Within the scope of the Data & Artificial Intelligence Office under the Chief Data, A.I, and Technology Officer, we are looking for a Data Scientist who will develop Data Science and Artificial Intelligence solutions in collaboration with various company departments to improve commercial and operational performance.

The Data Scientist Expert has the following responsibilities:

• Analyses business needs to design solutions and define requirements coherently
• Participates, creates, and delivers communication on solutions to diverse audiences
• Acts proactively in suggesting and delivering Data Science approach and algorithms to the team, conducting business and technical impact analysis of proposed solutions
• Is responsible for delivering on time and on budget
• Ensures Models are compliant with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards

3 - 5 years of experience as Data Scientist in Financial sector

• Degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics
• Proven experience within the main statistical techniques, machine learning, and generative AI models; knowledge for agents is a plus
• Proven experience in software programming languages, with a focus on Python, including AI libraries
• Experience on SQL coding and relational and non-relational database
• Italian level fluent - advance
