Customer Service Specialist

We offer financing solutions for the purchase of new or second-hand cars, regardless of any make, model and age.

Your responsibilities will be :

• Receiving and managing financing applications from our partners;
• Contacting customers by phone, directing them to the right financing solution for them;
• Operation of financing applications in the dedicated IT system;

Providing telephone support to our clients and partners;

The ideal candidate :

• Experience of at least 1 year in a Call Center, preferably in the banking field;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Sales and negotiation skills;
• Customer orientation and solutions;

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package – intermediate level.
