Within the UTP Management team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Analysis, management, and evaluation of UTP positions in the portfolio;
• Business Planning and financial modeling activities related to restructuring operations;
• Reporting activities, payment waterfalls analysis, forecasting, and budgeting;
• Participation in negotiation tables with investors and other involved parties.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics and Finance;
• At least 3 years of experience in restructuring and deal advisory roles within Big4 teams, corporate finance boutiques, servicers, SGRs, or banks;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Outstanding relationship management and negotiation skills.
