PLC Programmer

Manpower Professional, a specialized branch in recruiting Professional, Experienced & New Managers, is seeking a candidate for a client leader in the stretch film technology sector. Due to organizational expansion, we are looking for a:

The selected candidate will join a dedicated team and will primarily be responsible for:

1. Developing PLC software (Siemens Step7 – TIA Portal);
2. Providing remote support for troubleshooting and plant startups;
3. Interfacing with company departments such as electrical technical office and customer support;
4. Commissioning at end clients worldwide.

Ideal candidate requirements include:

1. Technical education in electrical, electronic, automation, computer science, or related fields;
2. Previous experience in industrial automation software development for Siemens PLC (Step 7 and TIA Portal);
3. Knowledge of Siemens Wincc SCADA and TIA Portal;
4. Familiarity with testing tools for production machines (multimeter);
5. Good command of written and spoken English;
6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Work location: Province of Alessandria, with limited travel within Italy and abroad.

We offer a permanent contract with direct employment in the company.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
