We are looking for experienced waitstaff with prior experience in the role.

The Sala Waiter thoroughly knows the beverages, products, and dishes offered by the Artisans, greets customers, assists them in choosing products, and serves them. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the spaces, taking orders, and interfacing directly with customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer service and care;
• Preparation and maintenance of the service area;
• Managing customer interactions and general service;
• Taking orders via handheld device.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations (HACCP);
• Proficiency in English and preferably a second foreign language;
• Knowledge of payment systems;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to work in shifts, evenings, and on holidays.
