About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the F&B department, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a high-performing F&B team, including restaurant managers, chefs, and support staff
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and other expenses
• Collaborate with the executive chef to design menus, improve quality, and enhance the dining experience
• Work closely with the director of food and beverage to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management roles within the food and beverage industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
