Operational Context

NUSO Italia is the Italian branch of NUSO LLC, a multinational company headquartered in the USA, operating as a provider of cloud-based telecommunication and collaboration services.

The candidate will be integrated into the R&D team and will contribute to the development of software products in the following areas :

• Fixed and mobile telecommunications
• Cloud-based communication and collaboration platforms (e.G., Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
• Integration with AI environments, particularly machine learning and cognitive services
• Products for Enterprise and professional markets

The role covers the full product lifecycle, with potential support from other team members :

• design
• development
• test
• installation and configuration (on-site)
• maintenance

Key Knowledge and Skills — expected at a level consistent with the candidate's experience

• Networking :

understanding of TCP / IP protocols and basic networking principles

• Operating Systems :
• Programming Environments :

Java, Angular, C / C++, C#, PHP, Go, Python

• Basic knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization
• Knowledge of basic paradigms in real‑time software development
• Ability to communicate confidently in English with native speakers — both British and American — and in international contexts

Preferred Additional Experiences

• Voice over IP
• Web technologies
• Experience with programming in SQL environments — preferably Microsoft SQL Server and / or MySQL

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Engineering — Information and Communication Technologies — or Computer Science
• 0–5 years of experience

• Capable of self-planning and working towards objectives — including remotely
