Webuild is seeking a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department in Milan.

Responsibilities :

• Develop monitoring and forecasting models for Group performance and KPIs, including offers, orders, win rate, etc., and prepare regular reports.
• Engage with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.
• Support the development and execution of the 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the Industrial Plan's economic and financial targets.
• Improve management and monitoring processes for the Group's commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan and monitor potential opportunities.
• Assess and monitor specific risks (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support go/no-go decisions on commercial initiatives.

Requirements :

• MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 5-6 years of experience, preferably in leading consulting firms.
• Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models applicable to financial analysis.
• Ability to manage complex files and large databases.
• Proficiency in Excel for modeling forecasts and KPIs.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Additional Skills :

• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language such as French, German, or Spanish.
