Are you ready to help shape travel experiences that connect people, place, and purpose? We’re looking for a Product Executive to join our West Europe Product team and play a key role in designing trips that excite our customers, deliver strong commercial outcomes, and reflect our values of responsible, experience-rich travel.

You'll work closely with our Destination Product Manager, local teams, and global stakeholders to build and improve trip itineraries—ensuring they’re operationally sound, competitively priced, and aligned with what today’s travelers want. From negotiating with suppliers to monitoring performance, this role is about making great trips even better.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Rome , Italy office, with hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office.

Some of the experience you’ll bring :

• Experience designing and managing travel products, ideally small group adventures
• Proven commercial skills including pricing, budgeting, and supplier negotiations
• Familiarity working with DMCs, contractors, or tour operators
• Knowledge of group travel operations and industry trends
• Fluency in English and Italian (additional European languages a plus)
• Experience using travel-related systems like Salesforce, Travel Studio, or similar
