We are currently looking for a QHSE Manager to join our team in Milan .
The selected candidate will support the management in defining procedures and best practices in the field of health, safety, and environment, coordinating information for all group companies, planning training programs for all personnel, and updating and implementing the integrated quality system.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify risk factors and conduct risk assessments in compliance with current Italian regulations.
Develop, propose, and promote preventive and protective measures, along with control systems, focusing on occupational and environmental safety.
Conduct internal and on-site audits, coordinate external audits to verify compliance
Oversee the implementation of corrective actions following audits and near-miss analyses.
Act as the Safety and Health Function’s point of contact in project teams for venue activities.
Manage safety management suppliers.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and administrations on worker safety matters.
Work with other Corporate Functions to prepare technical and operational safety documentation.
Propose and organize training programs on workplace safety and environmental and quality issues.
Ensure supplier compliance with company QHSE policies.
Draft works councils and manage interference.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.G., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other regulatory requirements.
Define and update quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct internal audits and Identify and manage quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Oversee non-conformity reports (NCRs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality objectives are met
Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in construction and auditing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, occupational safety, and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
Excellent computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
