Enapter is a rapidly-growing energy technology company with offices in Italy, Germany, and Thailand. We develop and produce Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysers that enable low-cost green hydrogen production at any scale.

As a Service Technician in our Pisa service team, you'll have the opportunity to work on hydrogen production sites around Europe and the rest of the world, provide specialised construction services to project teams, as well as perform and continuously improve our standard product repair processes.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of gas generator equipment, ensuring safety and optimal functionality
  • Assemble and support project deliverables for internal teams and construct specialized systems
  • Commission Enapter devices onsite, conduct site acceptance tests, and document system maintenance and testing procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create instructions for project service and routine repair activities
  • Help maintain our working relationships with our service partners, and support their training and onboarding

What do you need to help make our goals a reality?

  • Enthusiasm for the role of green hydrogen in tomorrow's world and Enapter's contribution to it
  • Technical aptitude and interest in machinery; relevant technical education, such as electrician or mechanic, is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work under physically demanding conditions
  • Frequent travel (around 50% of the time) and adaptability to different work environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret engineering drawings
  • Comfortable using a computer and experienced with standard office tools
  • Experience in installation, commissioning, service, or maintenance of complex machines or plants
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, risk evaluation, and compliance with safety measures and guidelines for onsite work
  • Knowledge of process systems, high-pressure systems, and remote operation and monitoring of complex systems
  • Experience with flammable gases and high pressures or in the oil and gas industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • A valid EU driver's license is required
