Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Laboratory Analysis and Diagnostic Services Manager for a leading company in the field of laboratory analysis and diagnostic investigations, with locations in L’Aquila, Avezzano, Cassino.

The role involves comprehensive management of the outpatient clinic, with responsibilities for staff, organization of healthcare activities, and achieving economic objectives (P&L).

Main activities include:

• Coordination of personnel and performance management
• Organization of healthcare activities and medical professionals
• Relations with doctors, insurance companies, and local health institutions
• Control and supervision of infrastructure and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with regulations (safety, privacy, accreditation)
• Monitoring and optimizing booking and user acceptance processes
• Clinical or managerial background (e.g., health sciences degree, economics, healthcare management)
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (national and regional)
• Ability to analyze economic data and monitor KPIs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and result-oriented skills

The contract is permanent, with a salary based on experience.
