Job Opportunity: Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to join our team under the direction of the Head of Asset Management. The successful candidate will coordinate with Fund Managers and other company functions to oversee various aspects of property management and asset valorization.

1. Oversee and control the technical, maintenance, and service management of properties, maintaining relationships with tenants and ensuring continuous communication with specialized functions and Fund Managers, especially regarding portfolio enhancement opportunities.
2. Propose technical and commercial activities aimed at enhancing the value of the assigned portfolio.
3. Ensure that portfolio management, including assignments, works, and contracts, complies with the company's procedures.
4. Manage operational relationships with Property Managers, verifying service levels and providing directives to align with fund strategies.
5. Supervise maintenance works and monitor costs, providing information for financial reports and forecasts.
6. Conduct property inspections to assess space utilization and the condition of properties and systems.
7. Maintain and update technical documentation for properties.
8. Coordinate with external entities (municipalities, health authorities, fire services, utility companies) regarding maintenance, regulations, permits, and utility connections.
9. Support Fund Managers in property management and marketing activities.
10. Handle insurance claims related to properties.
11. Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals during real estate investment processes, including technical and environmental due diligence.
12. Assist in property divestment processes and organize data rooms for vendors.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
2. 3-4 years of experience in Asset Management within a Real Estate Investment Firm or similar company.
3. Motivated team player with strong collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
5. Interest in the real estate sector and a desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and autonomous in its use.
