POSITION PURPOSE: As a Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department within the ENCAR business line, performing the following activities:

ACTIVITIES:

1. Architectural and technical specification preparation.
2. Design and coordination of building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
3. Detailed design review and follow-up with subcontractors.
4. Coordination with architects / REVIT designers and structural engineers.
5. Participation in 3D reviews.
6. Basic knowledge of building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
7. Understanding of classification society rules (ABS, BV, DNV).
8. Proficiency with 3D review tools such as Navisworks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English.
• Permanent contract.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Office Suite.
• Soft skills: Motivation, Communication.
• Nice to have: International mobility.

LOCATION: Milan, Saipem office.
