Job Description:

A growing Software-as-a-Service Company with global operations, is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a motivated and ambitious Channel Associate to join them remotely from Cyprus. The successful candidate will be the key player in bringing new partners onboard and ensuring long-term success, by guiding them through the entire journey, from the initial contact to onboarding and ongoing support. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with Potential Partners: Manage inbound leads and guide them through the partnership process, from the first conversation to closing the deal and beyond.
  • Showcase Company’s Value: Conduct demos, address questions, and support partners in testing the company as their go-to solution.
  • Manage and Grow Accounts: Own a portfolio of smaller partner accounts, handle their business and sales inquiries, collaborate with support on technical needs, and nurture relationships to foster success.
  • Drive Partner Success: Deeply understand partner business needs and help them expand their use of company’s digital signage solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • At least a year of previous working experience in Sales or Business Development within a SaaS company
  • Knowledge of software and hardware solutions will be considered a plus
  • Experience working with Reseller Partners will be considered a plus
  • Understanding of the Reseller Partner ecosystem will be considered a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player
  • Flexible to work based on the global partner’s needs. Standard working hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 and can be adjusted based on your work schedule.
  • Flexible to travel to the company’s HQ, 3-4 times a year for 1-2 weeks each time.
