Job Description:

Synergie Italia Spa is seeking an Addetto/a banco gastronomia-salumeria GDO senza esperienza. The role involves selling cured meats, cheeses, and ready-made dishes, advising customers on product storage and consumption. The candidate will also set up the display counter, assist customers, and handle merchandise manually.

Requirements:

• Interested in growth and training in large-scale retail, even without prior experience
• Good learning ability, customer contact skills, teamwork, precision, and reliability
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts and split hours

Additional Information:

Initial fixed-term contract until 26/10/2025, full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends and holidays, with one day off per week. Salary: €9.29 gross/hour plus 13th and 14th-month bonuses. Location: Tolentino (MC).
