The Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, youll help small-to-medium businesses and agencies from the German market get started with their Google Ads campaigns. Youll support them through the onboarding process, offer advice, and make sure their campaigns are set up for success.

This is a collaborative, goal-oriented role within a high-energy international team.

Your Main Tasks:

• Assist new advertisers with setting up and managing their digital campaigns
• Understand each clients goals and guide them with tailored recommendations
• Communicate regularly via phone and email to provide proactive support
• Suggest ways to improve campaign results and boost long-term value
• Meet personal targets while contributing to team success
  
  
  

Who Were Looking For:

• ️ German as a native language, and good English communication skills (B2+)
• Background in marketing, communication, or related fields or simply a real passion for digital marketing
• No prior experience needed well train you!
• ️ Strong people skills and confidence when speaking with clients
• Analytical thinker with interest in digital tools and ad performance
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team setting
