About the JYX Packaging

JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of the production company Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. We also have locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. Our focus on first-class quality, innovation, and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging makes us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities

  1. Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets.
  2. Build strong and effective business relationships with the customer base.
  3. Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  5. Report sales activities to the Vice President on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required Skills

  1. Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (clients include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English.
  3. Proficient in MS Office software.
  4. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  5. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  6. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  7. Experience in the packaging industry.
