SALES ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

Job Mission:

To assist customers with the ordering process
To ensure orders are processed correctly
To ensure complete customer satisfaction

Activities:

• receive customers’ orders and input into SAP
• ensure Order Books are run daily
• provide all information needed by customers (orders state, delivery planning, etc.)
• update Customer details within IT system
• produce credit notes, when necessary, in accordance with SAP Procedures
• ensure customers are invoiced
• laise with the Accounts Department regarding customers’ invoice queries and Production Planning Department for order scheduling and order progress status checks
• collect the credits within the time limit

Basic Requirements:

• 3/5 years of experience in the role
• Languages: Italian, English are required. French or German area a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency
