We are a growing team looking for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico in the Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Carrier Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with carriers to support our rapid growth. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Expanding our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners;
2. Supervising daily transports in Italy and handling inquiries from carriers;
3. Using your knowledge of the partner’s business to identify opportunities and offer solutions;
4. Managing day-to-day operational tasks;
5. Analyzing and tracking key metrics using data tools like Excel;
6. Managing workload and priorities efficiently;
7. Applying knowledge of geography and transport rules;
8. Having 1-2 years of experience in full truck load road transport;
9. Communicating fluently in Italian and with good knowledge of English;
10. Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills;
11. Exhibiting problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress;
12. Handling mediation and claims management;
13. Possessing pricing capacity and knowledge of transport regulations (a plus).
