The HR & Relocation Specialist will coordinate all HR and relocation related activities for Italy. You will report directly to the Office Manager (Turin) and have a key role in the HR function supporting the location. Working as part of the WE team you will specifically responsible for Italy and be the first point of contact for all HR administration queries, including relocation cases for the region in liaison with Global Relocation Manager for Western Europe.

  • Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries for the region;
  • Administration and operation of internal Luxoft HR systems such as Service Desk for HR, LuxStaff, BPM, LuxTalent, LuxTown, Workplace;
  • Administration of relocation to Italy
  • respond to employee query service desk tickets for the region;
  • process New Hire, Transfers and Terminations on LuxStaff regularly;
  • Monitor BPM on-boarding activities for the region;
  • Maintain Workplace up to date with recent location activities;
  • Maintain LuxTown up to date with key documentation for current and prospective employees;
  • Understand Tableau reports. For example attrition reports and key reasons in collaboration with HRBP provide key insight on attrition;
  • Responsibility for managing all administration with the associated business group :
  • Reporting of Annual Leave, Sickness absence, Mandatory Training, Probationary period closures;
  • PR and invoicing management for HR services - e.g. payroll monthly invoices;
  • Responsibility in maintaining accurate records for local employee base e.g. Next of Kin, bank details, benefit schedule;

Regional

  • Responsibility for participating in all global HR initiatives rolled out in the Western European area;
  • Support and work closely with the dedicated Western European HR admin team on a regular basis.
  • Skills

Must have

  • Fluency in English and Italian is a key requirement;
  • University degree in HR or related field
  • Good use of MS Office Package;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Deep knowledge in HR & relocation processes, practices and principles desired
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
