Cloud Native Engineer - Mid

Position: Cloud Native Engineer (Mid Level)

Kiratech is seeking a talented Cloud Native Engineer to join our Engineering Team. The successful candidate will contribute to the adoption of Cloud Native technologies in enterprise projects, focusing on:

• Platform Engineering: implementing and managing developer portals, internal platforms, and CI/CD toolchains.
• Hardening: secure infrastructure configuration, automation of compliance, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing secure, scalable Cloud Native infrastructures.
• Engaging with clients and technical stakeholders.
• Optimizing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes.
• Participating in architectural design for Kubernetes and managed cloud services.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience with containerization (Docker, Podman, Buildah) and orchestration (Kubernetes, K3s, Rancher).
• Experience with at least one Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, ArgoCD, Flux.
• Linux system administration skills.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native networking (services, ingress controllers).
• Knowledge of Cloud Native storage solutions (CSI, controllers, storage services in Kubernetes).

Certifications:

• At least one of the following: CKA or CKAD (Kubernetes), a Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps certification, or CNCF certification.

Additional qualities include:
