Alleanza Assicurazioni S.p.A. (Gruppo Assicurazioni Generali) is seeking 2 aspiring Financial Educators and Insurance Consultants for its sales network in Campobasso.

The role involves managing a client portfolio to provide financial and insurance consulting services, including investments, savings, pensions, and protection.

The program includes an initial selection process, a training course for certification in insurance and financial consulting, field support, and integration into a team of professionals.

Our consultants work independently, managing their time based on objectives and commitments. We offer a flexible profession enabled by technology, opening new organizational opportunities.

• Client portfolio management
• Collaboration under P. IVA (VAT number)
• Professionalization course (prerequisite for registration with the Italian Insurance Intermediaries Register)
• Commission-based remuneration
• Quarterly bonuses upon achieving goals
• Guaranteed minimum (if not already registered with RUI) starting from €800 for the first 4 months of training
• Work method based on activity planning with defined objectives on the assigned client portfolio, supported by advanced digital tools
• Diploma (mandatory) or Degree
