The Italian team, supported by JUWI group expertise, manages the entire production chain: planning, construction, and operational management. Our technical, procurement, and construction teams work closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality components.

As a 'Ready-to-Build' (RTB) Project Manager, you will oversee photovoltaic utility-scale projects authorized by the JUWI Development team. Supporting the Senior RTB Project Manager, you will analyze authorized projects, supervise due diligence by internal or external parties, and organize tasks to reach the RTB stage.

• Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure successful achievement of the RTB stage
• Manage obtaining secondary authorizations (e.g., concessions, power line relocations, hydraulic permits)
• Create project plans and ensure timely task delivery; monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Supervise internal or external technical and legal due diligences
• Coordinate with Legal, Development, Finance, EPC departments, and external partners to meet goals
• Support project handover to EPC team or project sale
• Assist in project planning and scheduling using MS Project or similar tools
• Communicate with local stakeholders
• Occasional travel may be required
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on your skills and knowledge

**Your Profile**

• Experience in project management, preferably in utility-scale solar PV or RES
• Knowledge of development processes and grid authorization steps
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Degree in Energy, Economics, Engineering, Law, Business, or related field
• Experience in construction or engineering teams
• Basic AutoCAD skills
• Formal project management qualification
