– Hospitality Operator

The Hospitality Operator is the main point of contact for our guests, providing accurate and timely information about cruise services, handling complaints and requests, and ensuring courteous and professional service.

Requirements: Secondary school diploma, at least 6 months of experience in similar roles in hotels (such as receptionist, customer service), English language skills at least B2 level, and proficiency in two additional languages (Italian, Spanish, French, or German) at B1 level.
