We are seeking a highly motivated Trade Assistant - Middle Officer to support our physical commodity trading operations in Milan. In this position, you will play a central role in the daily consolidation and reconciliation of P&L across multiple trading entities. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and trading data and contribute to the effective operation of our Commodity Trade Risk Management (CTRM) system.

Additionally, you will review contracts, oversee correct system implementation, and provide operational and administrative support to traders, operators and accounting. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in the fast-paced world of international commodity trading.

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily consolidation and reconciliation of P&L for various commodity trading entities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of trading and financial data across systems
• Supervise and monitor the proper functioning of the Commodity Trade Risk Management (CTRM) system
• Review trading contracts and ensure correct alignment with internal processes and positions
• Act as operational support for traders, assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth trade lifecycle management
• Requirements
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Age between 20 and 27 years
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory), native speakers preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• High level of accuracy and reliability in handling sensitive data
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international trading environment
• Prior experience in trading, risk management, or middle office functions is a plus but not required
