Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside. Frameworks will include appropriate options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS).
2. Provide a clear vision over platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
3. Maintain proper framework documentation and all architecture catalogues, ensuring their correctness.
4. Define, in accordance with the Tech community, our high-level tech strategy including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), pushing it to all domains’ specific tech strategies.
5. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable.
6. Maintain an architectural risk and opportunities log at the enterprise level.
7. Keep proper Tech Strategy documentation including high-level targets at the domain level.
8. Engage in conversations with the business community on programme discoveries.
9. Act as SME in terms of cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
10. Participate in high-level design overviews in cross-product initiatives to ensure and protect platform integrity. Perform high-level impact analysis.
11. Support the Product Community in assuring and protecting delivery outcomes.
12. Sit outside delivery teams but stay informed of changes, with no hierarchical domain over the Solution Architect.
13. Ensure that architecture documentation is updated accordingly during delivery evolution.
14. Assure platform integrity in all delivery outcomes.
15. Create a collaborative Architecture Community. Collect, generate, and analyze innovative ideas and technologies for use across the business.
16. Be an evangelist for frameworks, values, and vision for the organization and represent HB at tech events.
17. Improve current architecture framework with necessary developments over our Java and Angular-based platform.
