Channel Lawyer

We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and support our Italy operations.

How you will contribute :

You will deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a strategic business partner mainly for our Channel (indirect) Business. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts, supporting negotiations
• Creating templates
• Providing claims support and overseeing litigations
• Ensuring compliance with laws and policies
• Conducting training and compliance programs
• Monitoring regulatory requirements
• Other legal support as needed

Your profile

We seek someone comfortable in a digital environment, passionate about social justice and sustainability, with proven in-house legal experience. You should proactively collaborate with stakeholders, analyze issues, and deliver legal solutions.

Requirements include:

• Qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with ≥4 years PQE in commercial law, preferably in Hi-tech, Energy, Construction, or Renewables sectors
• Fluent in English, tech-savvy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage large workloads
