Italian-speaking Customer Representative (Relocate to Greece!)

Your Responsibilities

• Log all inbound and outbound contacts, as well as updates to customer records.
• Perform technical troubleshooting with customers.
• Forward applicable customer issues to higher departments.
• Assist with fulfilling customer orders by providing relevant information, tracking and tracing orders, canceling orders, organizing returns, and handling payment inquiries.
• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy at all times.
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.

The Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in customer support is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
• EU Passport required.
